  3. Axial load test. A 10 kN axial load should be applied to conveyor idlers with a diameter of 89-108 mm, and a 15 kN axial load should be applied to conveyor idlers with a diameter of 133-159 mm. The seal between the conveyor idler shaft and the bearing seat must not detach from the idler body.
  4. Coal dust sealing performance: Place the conveyor idler in a coal dust sealing container according to regulations, and rotate it at 1,450 r/min for 200 hours. The amount of coal dust entering the bearing lubricating grease must not exceed 0.8%, and the conveyor idler must still be able to operate normally.
  5. Immersion sealing performance: Place the conveyor idler in clean water and run it at 1,450 r/min for 24 hours. The amount of water entering the idler must not exceed 150 g.
  6. Water spray sealing performance: Place the conveyor idler in a tilted sealing container with the upper end entering water and the lower end draining water, and run it at 1,450 r/min for 120 hours. The amount of water entering the idler must not exceed 250 g.
